The greater Houston metropolitan area includes an active commercial and residential construction market spanning master-planned communities in areas like Sugar Land, Katy, Cypress, and The Woodlands, as well as ongoing commercial activity in the Energy Corridor, Galleria, and Texas Medical Center.
